✅ Permits: We verify that vendors have experience with permitted projects similar to yours. 

✅ References: We call at least 2 past customers to confirm they were satisfied with the vendor’s work.

✅ Pricing: We use our proprietary database to verify that each bid you receive is competitive for your neighborhood.

✅ Contracts: We review each vendor contract to ensure it meets industry standards and contains all the necessary components, from fair payment schedules to important insurance details.
